Why does Flipster say that all copies of the magazine I want to borrow are in use?
Some publishers put limits on how many people can access a given issue of their magazine at the same time. You may see a message saying all digital copies of the issue are in use. If so, check back in a few days to see if a copy has become available.
I was reading a Flipster magazine on my computer, but when I open my shelf in the app, it’s not there. What’s going on?
If you borrow an issue on your mobile device, it will be saved on your shelf, and you can pick up where you left off later. However, the desktop browser version of Flipster doesn’t let users make a shelf. Checkouts and reading progress don’t transfer from one mobile device to another.
