Wes and his mom Jenn have a treasured library routine.
They pick one bin of children’s books, sit on the floor beside it, and sort every book into a Yes pile and a No pile. “And sometimes, we even have to take the Yes pile and sort that one into Yes and No,” Wes says. “I like to pick a lot.”
Jenn, a second grade teacher in Bensalem, treasures summertime library visits with her son. “I’ve always loved that it’s a quiet, safe place to bring kids and escape the heat for a little while, especially when we have more time together.”
Over the years, Jenn and Wes have also enjoyed library storytimes, book sales, read-along books, and other library offerings. “The library is a one-stop shop for enriching your life,” Jenn says. “There are so many options!”
