There are a couple of basic troubleshooting steps that can be taken. First, check to make sure you are running the latest operating system on your device and then check to make sure the app you’re using is updated. This can make a difference when trying to use our e-Resources. Another step could be to remove the App, and re-install it. Before re-installing it, be sure to clear the cache and cookies to improve its functionality. Another option could be to remove the book from your device and then download it again.
