You must be a resident of Bucks County to apply online. After applying, you must visit your selected home library to pick up your permanent card within 90 days and set a PIN.
Once you choose your home library you will be brought to a page to register for a library card. You will need your email address to register for a card online.
You will receive a temporary card number once registered. Temporary card numbers only offer access to My Account to place holds on physical items.
Temporary card numbers do not give access to:
- e-books or audiobooks
- other e-resources, such as newspapers and research tools
- meeting rooms
- library computers
