Help staff prepare for large programs attended by 25-250 people. Set up and break down room. Greet people as they arrive and help them find seats. Serve as host or monitor during programs. Answer questions about the event. Distribute handouts and evaluations.
Physical Demands: Occasionally lift tables and chairs up to 20 lbs. Continuously stand and walk for up to two hours.
Qualifications: Enjoys talking with and helping others. Knowledge of library services, catalog, and website. Skill in teaching others.
