If you’re a crafter or maker, you’ll want to visit Cut Corner Studio, a premier crafting space for adults, now open in our Bensalem and Quakertown Branches.
Studio equipment includes a 3D printer, vinyl cutter, embroidery machine, Cricut Maker, form box, heat press, and button makers. All equipment is free to use. We’ll have some equipment supplies available for a minimal fee to help you get started on projects. For some equipment, you can bring your own supplies.
Unleash your creativity and make freely in this community workspace, whether you’re a novice or a pro, are crafting favors for a party, customizing a gift, or prototyping a new product for your business – Cut Corner Studio can handle it all!
To get started, you must be 18 years or older, have a library card in good standing, and will need to attend a safety training. After you complete this training, you’ll receive a Cut Corner Badge and can use the studio equipment. You’ll also need to complete basic training to use each piece of equipment. The Bensalem and Quakertown branches will hold monthly classes on equipment training and project tutorials.
If you’re under 18 years of age, you may use the studio as long as you are accompanied by an adult who holds a Cut Corner Badge.
Some equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis; other equipment must be reserved.
