Our Help Desk technicians can:

  • show you how to use digital tools, such as smartphones and apps;
  • train you on using resources in our e-Library, including downloading audiobooks and e-books;
  • set up or tune up your computer;
  • assist in data recovery;
  • install hardware, memory, and software;
  • repair your devices and hardware;
  • set up email;
  • and more!
