Vita Education Services

"Through literacy and decision-making programs, Vita brings learning to life for Bucks County adults, families and at-risk youth by helping them to develop skills that create opportunities for themselves, their families, and, in turn, the community."

The Bucks County Free Library partners with Vita Education Services to offer Family Literacy in targeted libraries. Family Literacy is an intensive year round program to assist parents, primarily mothers, in gaining the literacy and parenting skills they need to become full partners in the educational development of their children through family-centered education programming.

League of Women Voters of Bucks County

"The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It influences public policy through education and advocacy. We never support or oppose any political party or candidate."

The Bucks County Free Library partners with the League of Women Voters to offer discussion forums on important topics in selected libraries. When offered, partnership programming events are listed in the library's calendar.

Business tax credits fund innovative programs for young children through the Pennsylvania EITC program.
